Within your body lies a remarkable ability to change.
It’s almost miraculous to watch soft, sedentary, aching bodies literally transform into powerful, vital, and more attractive versions.
There’s no actual fountain of youth but the science is clear: Building muscle is as close as it gets.
In our youth, we naturally add muscle tissue just from eating to appetite. As adults we naturally lose muscle. So it’s not surprising that adding muscle tissue actually turns back the clock on dozens of chemical processes within your body.

Exercise shouldn’t hurt you.

Without perfect technique, our joints, tendons take more burden than they should. So even if you successfully complete your workout without pain, poor form means you’ve burned through invaluable mileage on your joints. Your training days are numbered.
